F
False Shuffle - when someone is trying to prearrange the cards. This is a form of cheating, used at the land based casinos.
Fee - money that you should pay in order to take part in the tournament.
Fish - Fish in Texas Holdem means a player, who is weak or who is not familiar with the game.
Flop - the three community cards that the dealer puts at the table.
Fold - throwing your hand away.
Freeze-out - this is a tournament in which only the winner is paid.

Grinding - to play without risking.

Hand - the cards that you use during one deal are your hand.
High Limit - A Texas Holdem variation in which the wagers are really high.
House - this is the place where you play. There is no matter whether it is casino, poker room or your own apartment.

Image - this is the complete form of the player.

Jackpot - a reward, which will be given to a player, who meets all the requirements.

Kicker - kicker is the card which is not connected with your other cards. For example you have Q-Q-7-7-3, 3 is the kicker.

Late Position - to be one of the last players to act.
Limit - the limit is related with the money aspect of Texas Holdem. The limit determines how much you can bet or raise in each round.
Live Hand - this is an active hand.
Live Game - a game in which you and your rivals are physically near to each other.
Long Shot - to make a hand although the unfavorable odds.
Loose - definition for Texas Holdem players, who play too many hands.
Low Limit - A Texas Holdem variation where the sakes are low.

Main Pot - the first established pot in the game.
Markers - a chip or small object, which players put on their hands to indicate that they are active.
Mechanic - a player, who cheat with the cards.
Middle Position - to be between early and late position.
Misdeal - if the dealer make a mistake when he (she) deals the cards.
Muck - to musk means to discard your hand, usually, when any of your rivals reveals a stronger hand.

No Limit - a variation of Texas Holdem game, in which the stakes are determined by the number of your chips.
Nuts - the best hand in Texas Holdem.
O
Odds - probabilities to get a particular hand in 5 cards.
On the Button - if you are the last player to bet.

Open-Ended - this is a straight draw which can be completed in two ways.
Option - in Texas Holdem the Big Blind can raise or check in the unraised pot.
Outs - this are the cards, left in the deck. They can improve or complete your hand.

Passive - this is definition for those players, who call but who bet almost never.
Pineapple - This is a popular Texas Holdem variation where the players receive three cards on the Preflop and they should discard one of them.
Pocket Cards - these are the cards which the dealer gives to each player. They are face down and no one is allowed to see them expect the player.
Poker - a vying game, played with 52 cards (some variations are played with 54 cards).
Position - the position represent your place at the table according to the dealer.
Post - this is an determined amount of money, which the players put on the table, before the deal of the cards.
Pot - the amount of the money that are wagered in the game.
Pot Limit - a Texas Holdem variation in which the maximum bet equals the size of the pot.
Pre-Flop - when each player receive his (her) pocket cards and before the flop is dealt.
Prop Player - a player, who sit at the table in order to attract new players. The prop-player is paid by the house.
